1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Letter Launch ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Letter Launch provides tools for creating landing pages, collecting email subscribers, and sending email newsletters. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) through the Service.
  • Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any part of the Service infrastructure.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

5. Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable email marketing laws including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CASL. All emails sent through Letter Launch must include a valid physical mailing address and a working unsubscribe mechanism.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. Letter Launch retains all rights to the Service itself, including its technology, branding, and design.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letter Launch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Namibia.
