We want you to be satisfied with Letter Launch. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions.
2. Free Tier
Letter Launch offers a free tier with no payment required. No refund applies to free accounts.
3. Paid Subscriptions
If you are on a paid plan and are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. To request a refund, contact us at support@letterlaunch.com with your account email and reason for the request.
4. Eligibility
Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be denied if:
- The request is made more than 14 days after purchase or renewal.
- Your account was terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- You have previously received a refund for the same subscription period.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Partial-month refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations outside the 14-day window.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
